What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly in a professional and friendly manner.

• Utilize the Toast POS system efficiently to enter orders, process payments, and manage tabs, ensuring accurate transactions and smooth service flow.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and beverage offerings, to confidently answer guest questions and suggest additional items to enhance their dining experience.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, while also maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
